Pastoral care, mental health and wellbeing support at Honiton Community College
The pastoral team at Honiton Community College comprises both teaching and associate staff, and includes Pastoral Heads for each year group and Pastoral Support Officers
Summit meetings at Honiton Community College
Our pastoral team meets once a week to discuss appropriate interventions and support for any student who is facing difficulties in College.
We liaise closely with external agencies, where appropriate, to ensure that the best possible help is available for students and families who need it.
The College’s Early Help for Mental Health Champions meet regularly to discuss how the College can continue to raise awareness and help promote good mental health.
